In life, we celebrate the arrival of new born, and, we mourn the loss of lives .... One door opens, another door closes ... Life and death is part of nature.
A friend passed on yesterday, after two years of battling with cancer. He was a strong-willed, determined man who had many achievements and successes, and had made much differences in others lives. His death has also reminded me of another friend who had also succumbed to cancer many years ago. I remember... whenever my fingers ran past her name in my phone book, I often paused and a picture of her appeared in my mind. I took a long long time to finally remove her from my phone book. Now I dread this will happen to me all over again. It's never easy for me to remove anyone from phone book or contact list.
