New Released Hair & An Exclusive Design For Monochromatic Fair

There are two exciting new items to highlight in this post.

First, Tokyo Girl has released a new hair named Ariane.  There are two versions available - an updo bun or updo tail.  Each version comes in 10 hair textures, 60 dyes and resizer options.  

Flora Dress, is Legal Insanity's exclusive design for Monochromatic Fair which is currently running until May 2, 2014.  It comes in 7 beautiful colours which I love all.  Along with the dress, a matching clutch and earrings are in the pack.  

I actually overlooked the pair of earrings in it and didn't wear them for my photo shoot.  To make up for that, I went over to the store at the Fair and snapped a photo of all the vendors.

Here's Tokyo Girl's recent release - Chi Dress.  It's available in 9 colours.  The straight regular-fit dress has a silky texture, adorned with a cute little black bow at the chest and two at the ruffle hem.  It's a cute dress suitable for daily casual wear.

These Are A Few Of My Favourites

I can't stay away from some of the regular events around the grid.  Some are my favourites and I seldom miss them.  These event venues house an assortment of fashion and styles from various designers that offer quality items at very affordable price.

Here are my favourites.  They are listed not in order of preference or priority.

1.   The Arcade, runs monthly for one whole month, starts from beginning of each month. It is a gatcha event which usually has no less than 50 items at its venue.

2.   Fi*Fridays, weekly event that starts on every Friday through Sunday.

3.   The Dressing Room Fusion, bi-weekly event that runs for 14 days and it usually falls on first Saturday and third Saturday of the month.

4.   The Chapter Four, runs monthly for one whole month, starts from beginning of each month.

5.   Collabor88, runs monthly for one whole month, starts from beginning of each month.

.... Ooops!  I think I have just created more lag in these events.

There are many more regular events out there which I have yet to explore.  But then, I do have a budget to observe and need to do my best within my means.

Sunny Days Everyday

While people around me in real life complains about the hot bright sun and how the trees and grass are drying up, my friends from across the seas complain about the extreme cold and wet weather over at their place.  I never have to worry about carrying extra clothes or wearing enough to keep me warm when I step outside.  All I need is a pair of sunglasses in my handbag and an umbrella within my reach, if the rain comes.

Only in my fashion fantasy, I could wear a winter coat like this one from Tokyo Girl.  Thanks to Second Life® and all its awesome fashion designers and creators, I can now virtually dress-up in an ensemble like this. 

Lilit Coat, as it is named, is designed by Tokyo Girl's designer Circe Ishtari.  There are 7 choices of textures combinations for coat, lace and cuff.  If these choices make it too hard to decide on one, then there is another one that comes with a HC (HUD control) which allows texture changes on coat, lace and cuff/collar.
