Letting go is not a weakness and it does not mean surrendering. To me, letting go is taking control back of what has made us felt worthless and powerless.
It's human nature to fear the uncertainty and clinging on to what is familiar. Until we recognize what is crippling us and be brave enough to make a change that set us free, we will not have peace.
