Peace On Earth Hunt

It's soon the annual 4th Peace On Earth Gridwide Hunt in Second Life again from December 1, 2011 to January 3rd, 2012.  

I am so excited for being chosen to be part of the official bloggers team.  This is my first participation in an important annual event like this.  Thank you, Sequoia Nightfire, for organizing this again.  Much appreciations also goes to the designers of the event who have contributed generously their creative hard work to make this a joyous experience for everyone.

So, let's make a "peace appointment" this December, hunt the gifts and meditate on peace.  Instill love and kindness with everyone we meet, and not forgetting.... peace is a journey, not an end.

I love this poncho so much.... the colours, the texture and the price (:P) !!!  I can't stop admiring this ensembles I have put together.  I am 100% satisfied with myself here.

This is a skin I found from a store on my first visit lately.  Time has changed!  (and it is still changing!!)  There is now a skin store selling a bigger collection of fabulous men's skins than it actually has for women.

Mix & Match... Sweet Danger!

It took me quite a while to find a skirt that matches the top and create the kind of style I like.  
I am glad to have found them before they are taken off from the shelves.  The skirt is from this week's collection at The Dressing Room, my favourite store which I often visit!  Sometimes good things are just within our reach and yet we look too far to find them.  This reminds me of a quote - "A man travels the world over in search of what he needs and returns home to find it.  George Moore"

10L Steal!

I went to check on Totally Random at the Car Wash sim, which started The Wash Biannual Cart Sale since Sept 7th until Sept 28th, and bought this sweet feminine outfits.  It was a steal at L$10 for the set of floral top and matching pants!  The outfits are transferable, so I got my friend, Evie, to wear them and styled her up for this photo shoot.  The whole effect was quite remarkable as I felt that there was an understated elegance in this style.

Not trendy but classic

I asked my friend today, about my looks in this outfit.  Without hesitation, she said that I looked like a teacher, or an office lady.  And I laughed.   Those were very straight forward answers.  She used the exact words. 

Well, what can I say?  *laughs*  I found these pieces of outfits from COCO's clearance sales.  The first thought that came across my mind was that they are timeless classics.... clean and unpolluted.  This Oxford Shoes are immaculate!  Cocoro Lemon has been making marvelous designs and flawless outfits in every angle.  Kudos to this great designer!

Oh, these glasses!!!  I got it from playing Gacha at cozy little store!!  *laughs*  With just one attempt and I got what I wanted!  I hardly play Gacha and I had never enjoyed it this much.  There was a voice congratulated me when I won.  And I played again on the second Gacha at the store. And again I won a pair of glasses that I liked!
