I Was At Venice!

This is a wonderful sim to visit and snap lots of photos!  What I love about this sim is it's colourful buildings which are cleverly and creatively built, the sim layout design, the side walk cafes, the bridges and the canals. I wished I had the chance to meet the creator and learned more.  Oh yes, a beautiful sim is never complete without music that matches the setting!  And here, it's just perfect!

Nice Smooth Rides

I explored a new sim, named Languedoc Coeur, on a carriage today.  I think it was the smoothest ride I ever had and I was really enjoying the sceneries it took me around.  Languedoc Coeur is a huge sim in a serene setting with so much to see and do from gardens, residences, shops, dance halls to boat rides and balloon rides.

As usual, I won't miss taking some snapshots of places that I love and I'm quite sure that I'll be visiting this place again and again.             

If you decide to take a stroll at Languedoc Coeur, but got tired or lost, you can always call a carriage at the carriage post which are easily found at various spots.

As I was searching for a photo-shooting site, I stumbled upon this exquisite house called The Patron House which is the latest design by multi award-winning artist and designer Eliza Wierwight.  The luxurious Patron is up for sale in furnished and unfurnished versions.  Further details can be found near the landing point at The Patron.  Go visit and be enthralled by what you will see!

It's Up To Me

In the past one month, I've been walking around with emotions on an extreme plane.  Too inspired, too assured, too hopeful, too confident, too eager, too frustrated, too upset, too disappointed, too disgusted ....

If the change yearned by not just one alone but by the masses, if everyone has prayed so hard, if everyone has stick together so faithfully, if everyone has given their all, yet the change didn't happen .... will people throw in the towels and everything be status quo again?  Not just yet, because in their desperate struggle and pain, the people are awakened!

My Picks Of The Day

I'm most happy when I could find a perfect sim to make some wonderful snapshots in the clothes I want to blog!  And this is that fulfilling day!  I was all dressed up and ready to explore a wonderful sim, when I found Hazardous.  I teleported over to the sim and arrived on tiled floor in the sky, clicked on one of those loose tiles which has a funny animation and saw myself falling from the sky to the ground.  The sim has its own regional windlight setting which makes it a perfect sim to totally enjoy the creator's work!

Mix & Match Bikinis

I escaped to Second Life today, taking a short break from my busy real life.  The hot and humid weather at my side of the world just drove me off to a Second Life beach!  I walked barefooted along the sandy beach at the edge of the water, feeling the sand and the water on my feet.... coupled with the sound of the waves and the warm breeze on the body....  it is such a relaxing feeling!!!

As seen in the photos, the bikinis on me are sold separately at Trinite.  So you can buy just the bikini top or the bikini bottom and mix and match them from a choice of 12 different selections of gorgeous bikini tops and bottoms each.  Each top or bottom is only L$75 and every top includes these 3 options - Lolas Tango appliers, sexy nipple shadow and another more modest nipple shading option.  The bikini top which I am wearing is without the appliers and sexy option.  Go visit Trinite to check them out!

The Arrival

The snake has arrived!  According to Chinese astrology, the year of snake started on 4th February, but, Chinese New Year's Day will only fall on 10th February based on the Chinese calendar.  Chinese New Year is also referred to as Lunar New Year.  It is not only celebrated in China, but also outside China where there are a sizeable Chinese populations.  In Malaysia, the first two days of Chinese New Year are observed as public holidays.  Some businesses and offices here close more than two days either because of cultural practice or Feng Shui observation on auspicious day to start work in the new year.  Usually it is the latter.       

Counting down 4 days to Chinese New Year, yet I still managed to sit in front of my PC busy blogging.  Can't believe I am so crazy that there was even a time I got confused with my shopping between the two lives....  a top I thought I had in real life but realized it was in Second Life!  I daren't think of what would happen to me if one day Second Life vanishes?!!

I have at least three more outfits to blog and there are loads to do before my celebration in real life.  So I am going to cut this post short and stop just right here.  If I can't find time back to blog within this week, I wish those who celebrate this festive season, a Happy Lunar New Year!  新年快樂 ，蛇年吉祥!

A Day In Virtual Asia

I have heard about Virtual Asia sim weeks or months back and finally made my way over to the sim today.  The sim depicts the vibrancy of a metropolitan with dense, high rise buildings and big billboards.  It was built masterfully using lots of photo realistic images of Hong Kong and Tokyo.  I am glad that I took the time to visit the sim and made some nice photo shoots with Nirans Viewer.  The Viewer gives such an amazing graphic experience that is not found in the other Viewers, it makes any ordinary looking build become alive!

As you can see in the photos, I am wearing a pair of skinny jeans released recently by Legal Insanity with a long sleeve white t-shirt.  I love wearing jeans with a white top, but I am very particular with the jeans' cutting.  I must say this pair is by far my favourite.  And... oh, you should know ... the white top on me is not mesh!  It was really hard these days to find non-mesh top and I still adore them.

And finally to spice up these rather basic outfits, I chose to accessorize my skinny jeans and white tee that give a stylish flattering casual look.  I hope I had delivered well.

Lushious Lipstick from Russh Luss

Gravity

Seen on the picture above, I am wearing Swan's Glamour Skinline - Lucy, in cream tone.  Lucy comes in five skin tones, besides cream the other tones are fair, ivory, noire and tan.  Every tone includes six makeups and two breast styles.  Lucy is one of the two skins in Glamour line by Swan and it is also my second Swan skin.  I love both so much that I was torn choosing one of them to be my regular skin!!  

Citysphere

Issac Newton saw an apple fell from a tree and thought deeply about it.  Why things fall downward and not out to the moon?  His great insight led him to discover the Law of Gravity.

I have just visited Citysphere in Second Life which is a floating sphere city, well of course, that is how the name Citysphere came about.  You may find yourself against gravity if you don't follow the 'law' which is simply click the ground to get a red cube and sit on it, then walk.  Now, can you imagine walking on a sphere?   This very cool city is said to have 132 buildings erected on it and here is the challenge.... attempt to count the numbers of buildings on it if walking around the city has not got you giddy and nausea yet!  Thanks to the builder of Citysphere, Freeloops Zanzibar and the walk scriptor, Slove Mode, for the splendid work! Please do not miss it, the exhibit runs throughout the month only.  Take the landmark at the bottom of my post.
